432 Hz: Prince Reveals Secret of ‘Sonic Geometry’

Prince, one of the world’s most famous music artists, and a big source of inspiration for me, recently made a startling revelation about the importance of 432 Hz in music.

432 Hz

Prince held a Facebook Q&A with over 4000 questions sent in from his fans. The questions ranged from totally bizarre to totally normal. Who would Prince most like to share pancakes with? Can Prince tell us what’s wrong with some guy’s car? What are his next tour dates?

But this is the only question he answered:

“Greetings my dear Brother… Please address the importance of ALL music being tuned to 432 Hz sound frequencies??? Thanks in advance!!! Warmest regards, Emanuel”

Prince responded by writing the words “The Gold Standard” alongside this link to a story about why you should convert your music to 432 Hz.

Some of the lyrics to Prince’s song, The Gold Standard go like this:

“There used to be a time music was like a spiritual healing: the body, the soul, the mind (some medicine)”

Is Prince alluding to the ancient Shamanic music ceremonies for healing and connecting? I think so.

Music today is tuned to 440 Hz, which creates dissonance that, while we can’t hear it compared to 432 Hz, does make us feel uneasy and stressed.

It was early in the 20th Century that mainstream music should be tuned to 440Hz. Music like Mumble Rap and Rap music in general is also damaging to our wellbeing.

The universe is vibrational, and the universe is naturally harmonious. When we disturb these vibrations, we cause a very subtle disharmony in the universe, which affects us all on a very subtle level. We are continuously exposed to discord vibrations in the form of Wi-Fi, mobile phones, electronic devices, and noise pollution. And our mainstream music.

When we are subject to these vibrations, you can no longer out-meditate the bad vibes, because they are always there. The only way to restore balance and harmony, is to reduce the disharmonious vibrations.

How can we do this? Tune our music to 432 Hz.

So did Prince answer this sonic geometry question to create some mystery and drama? To draw attention to the fact we should all be tuning our music to the sacred sonic geometry derived frequency of 432Hz? Perhaps he chose to answer this single question because he knows the true power of music, and believes that we should still be extending beyond the entertainment purposes mainstream music serves today.

Needless to say, Prince left his fans very confused by his only response in his huge Q&A session, some people even suggesting that his account had been hacked.

What we should take note of is this: by choosing to answer just one question, and by choosing this singular weird question, Prince was indirectly telling his fans about what is important to him, and what he believes his fans should also know.

Prince’s response was also featured in an article by The Independent who appear to be totally ignorant to the importance of this number in sound and the mathematical laws of the universe.

However the secret is definitely now out on a more mainstream level, and I wonder how many other artists like him are tuning their music to 432Hz?

I am one of those artists and everything I do is now tuned to 432 Hz.
