Try this simple alternative hummus recipe:

1 cup boiled jackfruit seeds

2 teaspoon tahini

Juice of a whole lemon

Small bunch of coriander

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon chilli powder or paprika

Up to 1½ cups of water (added gradually)

¼ extra virgin olive oil

Place all ingredients in a blender (except the water) and blend until smooth. Add the water gradually, until the mixture reaches the consistency you want [source].
