There can be many problems of abdominal cramps, whether originating in the digestive organs, aorta, appendix, kidney, spleen, or as a result of an infection inside of the body. You can also take a hot water bottle and place it on your stomach while lying down or sitting. The heat radiates from the hot water and will calm your intestines and balance the function of the stomach. Try taking a small towel and soak it in warm and concentrated chamomile tea, squeeze out the liquid and place it on the stomach.

Here are some natural remedies for treating stomachache

Grated apple

Grate one apple and let stand until the water becomes brown, and then eat the apple. This will help regulate intestinal flora and expel toxins from your body.

Black Tea

Make some black tea with a little bit of honey and salt to relieve stomach ache, one cup a day should be sufficient.
Prepare black tea with the addition of a little salt and honey which will act refreshingly and it will have a beneficial effect on the stomach. It is recommended to drink one cup several times a day.

Stomach ache mix

Try a mixture of about 30 grams of fennel seed, cumin, coriander, and 10 grams angelica root. Take three tablespoons and grind with mortar and pestle. After every meal, eat a little bit of it, at the same time drink chamomile tea. Pour 200 ml water over one tablespoon chamomile, let it stand for about an hour after covering, strain the mixture and consume.

Stomach ache cure as a tea

Herbal remedy practitioners often prescribe coriander as a powerful antiseptic, antispasmodic, and antioxidant. Caraway also helps regulate gas and basil helps with digestion. Peppermit soothe the stomach and intestines and reduces cramps, nausea, and pain. Mint plays  part in regulating digestion, and fennel seed stimulates digestion and helps with cramping and bloating. Based on your symptoms, you can prepare a tea mixed from each plant together, or individually. Drink 2 or 3 freshly prepared cups of the tea during the day.

Chamomile, mint, and lemon balm tea

Use an equal share of mint, lemon balm, and chamomile. Combine one spoonful of this mixture in a cup of boiling water. Cover the cup and wait 15 minute before straining and sipping.
