How to make Keto Chocolate – ‘Nectar of the Gods’

For two people:
2-3 tablespoons of pure full fat cacao
1/2 – 1 tablespoon of Maca
2-3 large tablespoons of Ghee or grass fed butter
Pure coconut milk to taste If vegan substitute coconut oil for ghee.
Use Stevia or Xylitol as a sweetner for keto chocolate!
Honey to taste (half to one teaspoon is good) for non keto lifestyles.
You can add cinnamon, spices, chaga or anything else you can think of to make an even more special recipe
Add two cups of boiling water to a blender, add all ingredients, blend thoroughly as this is how to get the super smoothness that makes it more tasty
Or skip the water and let the mixture set in chocolate moulds to make a delicious keto chocolate treat!
Enjoy it as your breakfast or lunch – it will fill you up due to the high nutrition and healthy fat content. No need to eat anything else till dinner.
