About Jah

Jahnavi is a 24-year-old writer and transpersonal psychotherapist who is currently living in Boston. She left her home in India to travel to the United States so that she could pursue undergraduate level studies in psychology, metaphysics and theology at a private liberal arts institution called Hampshire College, where she published Jahzen: The Birth of The Free Spirit. Her research reflects on fundamental issues in the philosophy of mind and perception, explores the evolution of consciousness and confronts older ways of addressing physical reality by bridging the divides between science and spirit. Her main interests include the study of hindu and vajrayana tantra, systems theory, developmental psychology, natural medicine, astrology and ecology.
